The Refit and Maintenance industry has consolidated a lot of professional growth in the last decade both in Shipyards and with professional crew. We should continue being more open to understanding and learning the lessons of the past with all the stakeholders that are involved presently as is can become very complex in some projects if these lessons are not learned”.
Alex has over 25 years of experience in the luxury and superyacht industry, working in a variety of technical capacities: as an Engineer on the production lines of Princess Yachts and on 62m MY Virginian. Alex spent 12 years as a senior member of the Marina Barcelona 92 team and was also part of the founding members of the ICOMIA Refit Group in 2010.
