Mark Duncan has been working with UHNWIs for most of his professional life. Having trained as a Commercial lawyer in London he moved to the south of France where he co-founded and ran one of the region's most successful luxury event management companies. He spent 15 years at Riviera Radio in Monaco developing the station’s syndication network in China and Eastern Europe and, as Sales and Marketing Director, more than doubled the station's local and international revenue for American media group, Morris Communications. Over the last 9 years as Commercial & Marketing Director for Yachting Partners International (YPI), he spearheaded the re-brand of the Group and set up the marketing strategy and multi-media platforms that have kept YPI at the forefront of the industry throughout the global crisis and beyond.
Now consulting to the luxury industry, Mark is an active ambassador for yachting and regular speaker at the MYBA training seminars, and is currently finalizing a training guide designed to address and remedy the increasingly costly disconnect between marketing and sales teams in yachting today.
