Giorgio Campini started his career in France in the late 1980s working in the sales area of a company providing refitting and installations for megayacht system. In 1992, he took over the management of Rys Beaulieu Sur Mer, a leading shipyard for refits. In 1999 he became CEO of the Monaco Marine Group, the European leader for refitting yachts measuring 20 to 140 metres. From 2004 – 2007, he worked for the Azimut-Benetti Group, as CEO in their Refit area and, from 2005 to 2007, he had the same position with Alfa Yacht Yard in Genoa. He is currently shareholder and sole director of Tecnopool, a mega yacht refit facility in Viareggio.
