Captain Andre Peens joins IYC

International Yacht Collection (IYC) has appointed Captain Andre Peens as director of yacht management.

Peens comes from a background of piloting and managing some of the world’s most iconic superyachts including Seven Seas, Princess Mariana, Katana and Artful Dodger.

The new role will see Peens responsible for the comprehensive yacht management programme for the entire IYC fleet. He will also head up new client development; sales of management services; expansion of the fleet; and establish a new Crew Placement Division at IYC.

“I look forward to incorporating my extensive worldwide experience and depth of knowledge to enhance the Yacht Management Division and future growth of IYC,” said Peens.
“In particular, I am looking forward to establishing IYC’s Crew Placement Division, a natural addition to our thoroughly well rounded list of yacht services,”
