CMC Marine, stabilising systems manufacturer, has relocated to Tuscany in order to be nearer its client base.

Its new 1000 sqm location in Cascina, just a few kilometres away from Pisa and Viareggio, will place it in the heartland of Italian shipyards. This will enable the company to provide its clients with faster and more comprehensive assistance.

The company plans to gear up a notch its presence on international markets too, following consolidation in its native Italy.

“Italy is our main market, in principle, because it is the major market in the world in terms of number of units being built per year," said Alessandro Cappiello, CEO and founder of CMC Marine, speaking to The Superyacht Report.

"Since Italy has became a consolidated market we’ve started to focus on foreign markets, but in accordance to our philosophy, which means developing excellent service together with sales. Our main markets outside Italy are Holland and the UK.”
