Dubois Naval Architects' 375 starts construction
Alloy Yachts has announced a new 56.4m ketch project with exterior by Dubois Naval Architects and interior by Reymond Langton Design. It will be the fourth yacht currently under construction at Alloy and the 44th yacht built by Alloy Yachts...…
“After over 55,000 nautical miles of luxury offshore sailing, the owners of the 2008 52-metre Mondango have returned to Alloy Yachts to build again,” said marketing manager at Alloy Yachts, Linda Berry. The new sailing yacht will feature refinements that only seasoned sailors would appreciate and will include an aft deck spa pool, large hull windows, two large tenders stowed below the foredeck and a swing lift centreboard enabling the yacht to enter into shallow lagoons and waterways by only drawing four metres. Additionally, a swimming platform unfolds from the starboard topsides.
Similar to other models by the Dubois Naval Architects studio, sliding glass side screens and curved glass doors protect the cockpit, while the interior includes an owner's suite amidships, an extensively equipped galley and even a 103 inch TV.
The build is due to be completed in October 2013. We hope to bring you more news on the project over the coming weeks.
