North Wind Yachts puts its Barcelona site up for sale

North Wind Yachts has put its Barcelona shipyard up for sale. The facilities include a fully equipped production hall measuring 60m x 30m x 23m and a five-storey office. An external esplanade measuring close to 12,000m² is also available for repair and refit works.

North Wind’s headquarters are located at the entrance to Barcelona’s harbour and are positioned near the planned new marina, which will house 200 moorings for yachts between 15 and 50 metres when it is completed.

North Wind has already sold its northern hall to the Barcelona World Race Foundation.
