Princess to capitalise on new M Class director's experience

Princess Yachts has appointed Richard Lambert as its new M Class Director. Lambert, whose focus was vessels up to 45m in his previous role at OceanStyle, will oversee the development of Princess' superyacht business.…

Former managing director of OceanStyle by Burgess, Richard Lambert has been appointed the new M Class Director for Princess Yachts International. The company says Lambert’s appointment will ‘enhance the company’s existing capability to support sales of the growing range of Princess M Class superyachts.’

The M Class comprises Princess’ largest vessels the 32M and the 40M. Lambert will be well versed in marketing this size range, which was the focus of OceanStyle’s business. He will work alongside the existing sales team, in addition to Princess’ manufacturing and product development teams.

Lambert’s appointment complements the development of the dedicated Princess superyacht facility at South Yard. The site’s construction has been boosted by a £4.5 million grant awarded by the UK’s Government Regional Growth Fund.
