Maryland-based gyro-stabiliser manufacturer, Seakeeper has promoted employee, Andrew Semprevivo to the position of VP of sales and marketing. Semprevivo was formerly director of global sales for the company’s recreational sector.

Commenting on his appointment, Seakeeper’s CEO, Shep McKenney said, "Not only is Andrew the leader of our sales force - recruiting, mentoring and organising our sales personnel, but he also successfully guides our marketing, manages PR and media efforts and is a driving force behind our overall Seakeeper presence. Andrew has consistently taken his role and responsibilities at Seakeeper to the next level."

Semprevivo, who has been with the company since 2008, praised Seakeeper’s contribution to the stabilisation market. “Seakeeper has helped push the entire industry forward by providing owners, guests and crew a more enjoyable experience on the water”, he said. “Seakeeper will be introducing a full, new line-up that will extend our product offering to boats of 30 to 220 feet, opening a whole new market for us. I am excited to take on this role at a time of such opportunity.”
