Superyacht Interiors New Zealand acquire Robinson Marine Interiors...…

Superyacht Interiors New Zealand Limited (SINZ) announced that it acquired Robinson Marine Interiors in June 2010.
Established in 1999 and based in Auckland, SINZ design, manufacture and install traditional marine interiors for sailing and motoryachts between 30.5-metres and 79.2-metres. The company has a facility of over 3,700 sqm (40,000 sq ft), which can facilitate five to six contracts at a time.
Further to acquiring Robinson Marine Interiors, SINZ are looking to expand the services they offer the superyacht market.
“One of our goals is to expand into the refit sector and the sailing yacht market with a more focused approach on yards and yacht designers,” said Mohammed R. Khan, managing director at SINZ. “Further down the road, we are also looking to form strategic alliances to diversify in the private aircraft interiors.”
The Bristolian by Yachting Developments and Liara by Southern Ocean Marine, are just two of the vessels to feature interiors by SINZ.
