Revere Survival acquisition to be announced at METS

Ocean Safety and 3Si (Safety and Survival Systems International Ltd) have confirmed the acquisition of the Revere Survival business from Ultimate Survival Technologies (UST) in the United States.
 
The acquisition has been identified as a strategic move to secure and strengthen Ocean Safety’s development and brand presence under the 3Si banner within the marine industry, both in the UK and North America.
 
Charlie Mill, Ocean Safety's MD, said, “This acquisition is a great opportunity to continue to grow Ocean Safety and its brands by adding new and innovative products and gaining access to new markets. The acquisition will be formally announced on the afternoon of Wednesday 19 November in the British Pavilion at METS.
