Established in 1983 our organisation has been developed to handle a client base which today is in excess of 20,000 seafarers, yacht crew and cruise ship staff, and in the process has set the standard for payroll operations and employee management.  Based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and with offices in the UK, France and Poland, our clients emanate from Britain, mainland Europe and further afield.

Since starting within this industry, inevitably the requirements of our clients have changed, as have the market conditions and industry regulations.  As an organisation we continually review and develop our product and service offering and we have always kept abreast of market needs, trends and regulations.
