Award-winning 60m Elandess joins Burgess’ sales fleet

The award-winning Abeking & Rasmussen build Elandess has joined Burgess’ sales fleet and will be exhibited at the Palm Beach International Boat Show from 17 to 20 March. The 60m motoryacht has been listed with an asking price of €52.5 million. 

Elandess was delivered by the German shipyard in August 2009. In addition to her first-class build pedigree is a collaboration of two highly acclaimed design studios; Donald Starkey Designs worked on the exterior whilst the interior styling was completed by Bannenberg & Rowell Design. Since Elandess’ delivery, the same collaboration was used by the yard for the delivery of 60m sister ship Kaiser in 2011.

Donald Starkey Designs apportioned spacious deck areas for al fresco living with generous dining facilities aft on the bridge and main decks. The sun deck features a large Jacuzzi with an array of sun pads and sun loungers, a bar and gym equipment. There is a large tender garage at the stern that houses a full compliment of water toys and two custom tenders that can be easily deployed via the Abeking & Rasmussen launching system. 

Bannenberg & Rowell Design’s contemporary interior work combines innovative textures with striking artefacts to provide a comfortable yet stylistic interior. She is able to accommodate 12 guests over six staterooms, comprising: a master suite on the main deck with a walk-in dressing room, private study and his and hers en suite; four guest cabins (two doubles and two twins) on the lower deck that can convert into two full-beam suites; and a multi-purpose cabin on the bridge deck with two Pullmans.

Her design work was acknowledged with the Best Power 40-65m accolade at the International Superyacht Society Awards in 2010. It is also worth noting that she has been meticulously maintained by her owner and has never been available for charter.

Elandess’ conveniently located 60m x 13m berth at Marina Genova Aeroporto is also available for sale through Burgess. The lease runs through to 2052 and features two lock-up garages and five parking spaces.
