Awlgrip's Reducer allows paint to meet US VOC requirements
Awlgrip has introduced a number of convertors and reducers to the North American market. The products reduce the VOC levels of Awlgrip top-coats to meet stringent US legislation.…
Both the convertor and reducer serve to alter the properties of the solvent and not those of the coating system. Consequently, its application, drying, flow and gloss will all remain the same.
“As always Awlgrip is dedicated to ensuring that our customers have the best products without having to worry about infringing legislation. Launching the new converter and reducers ensure that our customers can continue, or commence, using Awlcraft 2000 no matter where they are in North America and enjoy all the benefits of this outstanding topcoat system. By launching three reducers, all with different evaporation properties, we continue to offer our customers the flexibility to tailor the mixed paint to best suit the conditions it is being applied in," said Awlgrip’s global brand manager, Chris Toole.
