Burgess reveals fleet for Monaco

Burgess will exhibit a fleet of impressive superyachts for sale or charter at the Monaco Yacht Show.  Eleven yachts will be on show, including 85.6m Cakewalk and Hemisphere, the world’s largest sailing catamaran at 44.2m.

Hemisphere, built by Pendennis and delivered in July 2011, sets the record as the world's largest luxury sailing catamaran, with an overall length of 44.2m and a gross tonnage of just under 500 tons.    She is part of the Burgess superyacht charter fleet, sailing the Caribbean this winter and then transiting the Panama Canal into the South Pacific for summer 2012 charters. 



Cakewalk, Derecktor’s 85.6m motoryacht lays claim to being the largest yacht built in the U.S. when measured by volume.  Delivered in 2010, she has a cruisng range of 5000 nautical miles and features exterior design by Tim Heywood and interior design by Dalton Designs Inc.
