Although it is the fifth Navetta 37 to be sold since its début at the Cannes Yachting Festival last September and the third to launch, the new 37m yacht is the first one to be built entirely by Custom Line since relocating operations to Ferretti Group’s superyacht division in Ancona, where the steel and aluminium fleet are produced under the CRN, Riva and Pershing brands, along with the Custom Line Navetta fibreglass fleet. Her owner is from the Middle East, an important target market for Custom Line where it competes with Dubai-based composite builder Gulf Craft.

“We are extremely proud of the launch of this third Navetta 37 because it is the first one fully built at the Group’s renovated nautical hub in Ancona,” says Stefano de Vivo, COO of the Ferretti Group. “The end market, the Middle East, is just as important as it is a key area for our business, where the industry is seeing extraordinary growth.”

Custom Line is enjoying a busy period with nine Navettas currently under construction: alongside the fourth and fifth Navetta 37, there are also three units in the Navetta 28 series and three of the Navetta 33, a new model to be unveiled this summer. The first Navetta 42, the largest Custom Line model to date, will be launched in 2018.
