Delicioso yacht provisioning in Palma.

How did you hear about the product/service?

I met Helen [Richards] on the dock and having introduced their crew food and provisioning services we've worked with Delicioso for six years.

How do you get hold of the products?

Helen has always given excellent service and always gone out of her way to track down any products I need. I can get a good range of organic produce now and that is especially important to me. I have often phoned Helen at very short notice with a big order and she has always managed to deliver!

Ease and efficiency of delivery and reception from the crew and guests:

Delicioso has branded delivery vans it uses to deliver straight to the yacht. The food is always on time and fresh which is extremely important when dealing with a busy yacht in charter season.

Recommendations for improvement:

Delicioso has grown and with that so has the service and range of goods and services they provide.

Delicioso has now expanded to include wine courses and these are approved by the Professional Yachting Association (PYA), who I worked closely with to help set up the new Guidelines for Unified Excellence in Service Training (GUEST) scheme. My junior stewardesses have both completed the Level One course and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I would recommend Helen and her team to anyone in the industry.
