Heesen Yachts delivers 'Lady Petra' and 'Lady L'
Dutch Shipyard Heesen Yachts has delivered its 47m and 44m motoryachts 'Lady Petra' and 'Lady L' to their respective owners, the former of which is the founder of the shipyard, Frans Heesen.…
The 46.7m Lady Petra was launched at the end of April for the shipyard’s founder, and is the second vessel built by the shipyard for its founder. The launch coincided with Heesen announcing his retirement from official functions at Heesen Yachts (to read about the launch of Lady Petra please click here). With exterior styling by Omega Architects and an interior design by Bannenberg & Rowell Design, the 46.7m motoryacht can reach speeds of 15 knots. She is the seventh model in the shipyard’s 47m displacement class.
The second delivery announced by the Dutch shipyard is the 44.7m Lady L, formerly Project Zentric. The motoryacht, also with an Omega Architects exterior styling by Frank Laupman and an interior design by Bannenberg & Rowell Design, was launched at the start of the year (to read about the launch of Lady L please click here). She is the eighth in Heesen Yachts’ 44m semi-displacement class, and according to the shipyard is the fastest 44m yacht of her style on the market today, reaching a speed of 25 knots.
