Rossinavi's 48m 'Ketos' sea-towed to Viareggio for outfitting
The 48m Rossinavi motoryacht under construction, 'Ketos', has left the Rossinavi shipyard in Pisa and has been sea-towed to Viareggio where her outfitting will be completed. Her delivery is scheduled for April 2013.…
Ketos has been built completely from aluminium, and as such remains within the 500gt limit.
The main engines of the two-and-a-half-deck motoryacht are twin MTU 16V2000 M94, and were chosen to grant the maximum level of comfort at the 17.5 knots top speed, rather than to reach high speeds. The superyacht also comes with Humphree Interceptors for ride control, which grants better trim at sea.
Her design, by Enrico Gobbi from T4D, comprises slender external lines as well as details recalling aircraft and car design, and with floor to ceiling windows her inside spaces are enhanced, and a great view is available from the owner’s suite. The outside spaces features Jacuzzi as part of the sky-lounge, which has been fitted with opening side and top windows.
The delivery of the 48m Ketos is scheduled for April 2013.
