Sarissa available for charter with Hill Robinson

Vitters has released new images of the 42.6m sailing yacht, 'Sarissa', which launched in June 2011, and will soon be available for charter.…

Launched in June earlier this year, the 42.6m sailing yacht Sarissa is the largest carbon fibre sloop built to date in the Netherlands, and she is now available for charter through yacht management consultants Hill Robinson.

Many more images have now been released of Sarissa, a yacht within which, according to naval architect Bill Tripp, “technology and modern design merge." Tripp commented, “the design perfectly represents what modern big boats give to their owners: luxurious comfort, accessible and easy sailing, integrated design, advance performance, and confidence to sail anywhere in safety.”

Jonathan Rhoades, of Rhoades Young Design Ltd., designed the interior. “Our goal was to create the feeling of a much larger interior. We have therefore visually borrowed volume and length from other spaces,” said Rhoades.

Sarissa will be starting her charter season in the Caribbean and will be available from February 2012. With the capacity for eight guests, the sailing yacht will have captain Greg Monks at the helm, alongside a professional crew of five. She is available for charter from €105,000 per week.

Sarissa
will feature in issue 129 of The Superyacht Report.
