The launch of 26.76m Stae (an SL86) took place in Ameglia, where Sanlorenzo builds its fibreglass yachts from 24–28m, in the presence of her American owner and his family, whereas 29.10m B&B (an SL96) was launched for her Turkish owner from the brand’s Viareggio facility, where the larger fibreglass yachts from 29–38m are built. Both yachts will undergo final outfitting according to the style and request of their owners in time for the Mediterranean season.

“We’re always happy to celebrate this moment with our international customers,” says CEO Massimo Perotti. “It’s the last step in a journey we make together from the very first layout design. 2017 started with the debut of our 52m steel superyacht and the launches haven’t stopped since then: we recently celebrated three launches in one week, now two on the same day, and more are planned for the Spring.”

Sanlorenzo operates out of three different production sites within a 50km radius: Ameglia, Viareggio, and its new superyacht facility in La Spezia, where Seven Sins is almost ready for delivery. Current production in La Spezia includes two more 52Steel units, a 64Steel, four explorer yachts in the 460Exp range, and the 11th hull in the planing 40Alloy series.
