Vanguard Line
Turkey-based Vicem Yachts has announced the launch of its new Vanguard Line, introducing two new models to lead the range, the 13.9-metre Vanguard 45 and 10-metre Vanguard 33...…
“We studied all our competitors worldwide very carefully and discovered a few gaps in the market that the yard could fill: improved seaworthiness, a more enjoyable boat in heavier seas, better living space below deck, zero compromise construction quality and a higher cost factor, sometimes a lot higher,” explains Vicem Yachts CEO, Alberto Perrone Da Zara.
Unlike most tenders, the Vanguard 45 has two cabins with twin berths, one forward and the other amidships and includes a galley. Wood elements have been incorporated into the design that typify the classic Vicem style, with new colour palettes of grey, silver and blue on offer.
With an infused epoxy resin hull, the boat will be able to achieve a maximum of 34 knots thanks to twin Volvo IPS 600 engines, producing 435 hp. However, for those who want something faster, Vicem offer the trademark of the Vanguard Line, twin MAN R6 engines, producing 800 hp and capable of reaching a maximum of 52 knots.
