The PYA is a non-profit association run for crew and is the acknowledged voice for crew in the Superyacht industry, lobbying to administrations and policy makers worldwide to achieve the best interests of personnel in yachting. We work alongside the Maritime Coastguard Agency to ensure that training and qualifications are in keeping with industry requirements.
