Ken Freivokh Design is a multi-disciplinary team renowned for creating unique “out of the box” design solutions.  The innovative design team’s methodology involves a careful analysis of the client’s brief, examination of first principles, lateral thinking and formulation of very special designs, always aimed at raising the bar of excellence.
Since January 2009, the company has been based at a purpose designed studio on the banks of the Hamble river, where the design team are enjoying working within a busy shipyard atmosphere.
Most recent launch is the 127ft classic fantail motoryacht “Sycara”, with an Art Deco interior, built by the Burger Boat Company.
Current projects include a high performance, azipod powered 140m reverse bow yacht, an 85m yacht building at Marco with a full beam, full height atrium and all glass handsome swimming pool, a cutting edge interior for Heesen’s forthcoming 55m flagship, and a new line of semi-displacement yachts for the Azimut-Benetti Group.
The Freivokh Team designed the unique 115ft Art Deco “Atlantide” for Tom Perkins, who then proceeded to commission Ken Freivokh Design to develop the external styling and interior design for the 88m Dynarig Clipper “Maltese Falcon”, the largest privately owned sailing yacht in the World. To follow on from such projects, the Freivokh Team has now been asked by Mr Perkins to design his quite unique 5,000 sq ft 60th floor San Francisco penthouse.
Projects at early stages of development include a 42m Swath yacht to be built by Abeking & Rasmussen, a 42m expedition/shadow yacht in association with Pat Bray and a 61m quite unique, and highly efficient plumb bow motoryacht.
