As we look towards the next big event in the superyacht calendar, SuperyachtNews looks at some of the companies that will be exhibiting at this year’s METSTRADE when it opens on 19 November.

Ocean Safety is a company that specialises in the worldwide supply, distribution, service and hire of marine safety equipment, and is set to exhibit at the show this year. The company will be revealing its latest new development within the Jonbuoy range, which a media statement has promised will provide a completely new product option. Another product that has benefitted from new technology is the company’s Ocean ISO liferaft and Ocean Safety plans to present these new-look features.

As well as presenting its product range, Ocean Safety will be welcoming the worldwide distributor network with a team of marine safety experts to provide superyacht captains and naval architects with guidance on bespoke design and inventory layouts for installations on board superyachts.

Product training and support, as well as guidance through commercial and flag state regulations, are also part of Ocean Safety’s service offer.

The Superyacht Forum, which will run alongside the METSTRADE show will comprise three days of discussion on the most pertinent topics currently facing the superyacht industry to ensure future prosperity. The combined influence of METSTRADE and The Superyacht Forum promises to answer the question of how to safeguard the future of the industry.
